I started my career in the dental field in 2013. I enjoy working alongside my team and training new team members.

Life and Hobbies

In my free time, I enjoy attending concerts with my fiancé, photography, yoga, sailing, and spending time with my family and friends.

Jill - Dental Assistant

I completed the Dental Assisting Program at Fox Valley Tech in Appleton. I have been an assistant for ten years, and I have been assisting Dr. Brandon for the past six.

Life and Hobbies

I love to spend time with my husband and our two boys. They love to be outside, so that's where we spend most of our time. I also love to craft.

Joni - Practice Manager of Operations

My Mission

I enjoy being in the office to support the doctors and team members as well as our patients.

Education and Professional Background

I started my dental career seven years ago as a business assistant and have grown into my current role as the practice manager.

Life and Hobbies

Out of the office, my favorite thing to do is spend time with my husband and two children. In addition to family time, I enjoy participating in 5K and 10K race events that benefit local charities.

Life and Hobbies

I enjoy spending time with my family, summer cookouts, DIY Pinterest projects, and escaping to our family's favorite "getaway up north" at Lake Tomahawk.

Education and Professional Background

I graduated from the Dental Assisting Program at Fox Valley Technical College in 2004. During my studies, I volunteered at TriCounty Dental. I assisted for over eleven years. During that period, I received a degree in Medical Coding. In 2015, I joined the RLJ Dental team as a Business Assistant.

Life and Hobbies

I love to explore new places with my husband and two daughters as we bike, hike, or just mosey around. Personally, I would choose the mountains over a beach any day!

Tracy - Business Assistant

My Mission

What I enjoy most about being a business assistant is helping patients navigate through treatment plans and insurance coverage, so they will fully understand each aspect of their visit and enjoy a positive experience with us. I strive to make each patient feel like family and feel confident that we are there for them if they need any guidance.

I have been in the dental industry for over twenty-five years. I have worked at an orthodontist office, a major dental insurance company, and here at RLJ Dental.

Life and Hobbies

When I'm not at work, my favorite thing to do is spend time with my husband of thirty-two years, our three daughters, one son-in-law, and our three dogs.

Leah - Hygienist

My Mission

As a hygienist I strive to help patients achieve a bright and healthy smile. My favorite part about being a hygienist is building the personal relationships within a safe and comfortable atmosphere for both young and old.

I have been a dental hygienist at RLJ Dental since 2009.

Life and Hobbies

When not practicing hygiene, I enjoy summertime outdoors, live music and concerns, spending time with my boyfriend, friends, family, and my two dogs Maggie and Jordy.
